Early Years Department

 

At Lycée Palais des Pins Moderne, the Early Years Department provides children with a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment where curiosity and creativity flourish. Our program is carefully designed to encourage independence, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning.

The curriculum combines play-based learning with structured educational activities that support the child’s emotional, social, intellectual, and physical development. Through English and French immersion, children develop strong communication skills while building early literacy and numeracy foundations.

Students participate in a variety of enriching activities including storytelling, sensory exploration, science discovery, movement education, music, visual arts, and interactive technology sessions. Our teachers encourage children to ask questions, express ideas freely, and explore the world around them through hands-on experiences.

Primary Department

 

Grades 1 – 6

The Primary Department at Lycée Palais des Pins Moderne focuses on building strong academic foundations while encouraging creativity, communication, and personal growth.

Students receive instruction in English, French, Arabic, Mathematics, General Science, Social Awareness, and Digital Skills. The program is enriched through art education, music appreciation, sports, coding activities, and library research sessions that promote exploration and discovery.

Learning takes place through interactive teaching methods, collaborative projects, presentations, and educational games. Our classrooms encourage students to think independently, solve problems creatively, and participate actively in their learning journey.

Intermediate Department

 

Grades 7 – 9

The Intermediate Department at Lycée Palais des Pins Moderne prepares students for greater academic responsibility and personal independence during an important stage of adolescence.

The program encourages students to strengthen their analytical thinking, communication abilities, and academic discipline. Subjects include English Literature, French Communication, Arabic Studies, Algebra and Geometry, Earth and Life Sciences, History, Geography, Technology Applications, and Civic Responsibility.

Students are also introduced to innovative programs such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, media production, and scientific research projects. Through teamwork and practical learning experiences, students develop confidence, leadership skills, and social awareness.

Teachers work closely with students to support their emotional well-being and academic progress while encouraging responsibility and self-motivation. The department also offers academic reinforcement sessions and preparation workshops for official examinations.

Sports competitions, cultural events, innovation fairs, and community engagement projects play an important role in enriching student life and strengthening school spirit.

Secondary Department

 

Grades 10 – 12

The Secondary Department at Lycée Palais des Pins Moderne provides students with a dynamic and future-oriented education that prepares them for higher education and professional success.

Students may pursue different academic pathways including Scientific Studies, Health Sciences, Business and Economics, Humanities, and Information Technology. The curriculum combines academic excellence with practical application and independent learning.

Courses offered include Advanced Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Philosophy, Sociology, Business Management, Computer Programming, and Communication Studies. Students are encouraged to participate in research projects, innovation challenges, leadership programs, and volunteer activities.

Modern laboratories and digital learning platforms allow students to apply theoretical knowledge through experimentation, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving.

The school also supports students in preparing for university admissions  through specialized preparation courses, orientation sessions, and career counseling programs. Partnerships with universities and educational institutions help students explore future academic and career opportunities.
